Gestión de Inventario en Odoo

Configuración inicial​

Ubicaciones​

  1. Inventory > Configuration > Locations
  2. Estructura típica:
Tu Empresa/
├── Stock/
│   ├── Almacén Principal
│   └── Almacén Secundario
├── Entrada (recepciones)
└── Salida (envíos)

Categorías de producto​

Organiza productos:

  • Materias primas
  • Producto terminado
  • Consumibles

Crear productos​

  1. Inventory > Products > Create
  2. Configura:
    • Nombre
    • Tipo: Almacenable/Consumible/Servicio
    • Categoría
    • Costo
    • Precio de venta

Variantes​

Para tallas, colores:

  1. Attributes > Add line
  2. Crea variantes automáticas

Movimientos de stock​

Recepción​

  1. Inventory > Receipts
  2. Registra entrada de mercancía
  3. Valida para actualizar stock

Envío​

  1. Inventory > Delivery Orders
  2. Se genera desde venta
  3. Confirma salida de mercancía

Transferencia interna​

Mover entre ubicaciones:

  1. Inventory > Internal Transfers
  2. Origen → Destino
  3. Cantidad

Inventario físico​

Ajuste de inventario​

  1. Inventory > Inventory Adjustments
  2. Cuenta física vs sistema
  3. Ajusta diferencias

Reporte de stock​

Inventory > Reporting

  • Stock por ubicación
  • Movimientos
  • Valoración
